We carry out internal audits on the raw material in order to ensure an excellent result. Therefore, we select top quality certified brass suppliers and track the material throughout the whole production process. Our metallographic laboratory boasts state-of-the-art equipment in order to accurately perform tests on features and chemical composition of the materials, to guarantee the quality of the produced components and to draw up any technical reports.<\/p>\n

We provide the control of specific dimensions and surfaces by reporting measurements and checks carried out according to an agreed statistical frequency. The checks are realised with precision tools by qualified and highly-trained operators in order to always maintain a high-quality level and accomplish possibly corrective actions during the production phase.<\/p>\n
