To do this, <\/span>we collaborate with our customers’ technical department<\/b> through constant dialogue and a continuous exchange of information, <\/span>sharing key elements of the production cycle<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Simulation<\/b><\/h3>\n

It all starts with the <\/span>simulation of the production process<\/b> and the mechanical machining to be performed.<\/span><\/p>\n

Having received the technical specifications of the part as drafts, 2D CAD, 3D CAD or samples, we proceed with the 3D development, so we can ensure that we have <\/span>every detail<\/b> of the product we are going to realise <\/span>under control<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Similarly, moulds and all the tooling equipment that will be needed at each stage of the industrial production are designed.<\/span><\/p>\n

Optimisation<\/b><\/h3>\n

We then proceed to the <\/span>optimisation phase<\/b>, in which we help the customer bring out opportunities to increase <\/span>process efficiency<\/b>, optimising raw material use, delivery times and costs, while maintaining the required features and functionalities.<\/span><\/p>\n

Product Industrialisation<\/b><\/h3>\n

Afterwards, we share with the customer’s technical department the <\/span>simulation of the product industrialisation<\/b>, so that we can <\/span>identify and eliminate criticalities<\/b> and problems that may arise during the production phase.<\/span><\/p>\n

We evaluate together with the customers the metrological controls and the frequency with which they should be carried out, as well as the specific dimensions and surfaces to be measured.<\/span><\/p>\n

Logistics<\/b><\/h3>\n

Our personalisation-driven process does not end with the finished component, but also includes the <\/span>packaging and logistics<\/b> phase<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n
