These allow us to detect fundamental details that are sometimes not evident in the technical drawings.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Simulation and optimisation of the production process<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The industrialisation of the part involves the use of advanced software that allows us to simulate the production process. This step is essential to verify technical feasibility, optimise the use of raw materials and reduce waste. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Thanks to these preliminary analyses, we guarantee the customer a product that not only complies with specifications, but is also optimised in terms of performance and cost.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Selection of raw material and high-precision processing<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A quality product comes from selecting the best raw material. For this reason, we rely exclusively on top-quality brass suppliers, who guarantee us materials with high mechanical and chemical properties. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The entire production process &#8211; from hot pressing to machining with CNC transfer machines &#8211; is set up to ensure maximum component reliability, even in the most demanding applications.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Metrological controls and ensured quality<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To ensure that each component fulfils the agreed specifications, we have developed a strict quality control system.
