Moval is specialised in the production of custom-made brass components, starting from the technical drawings provided by the customer. Thanks to continuous interaction with the customer’s technical department, the company guarantees an hoc solution at every stage: from engineering to industrialization.

The production process: step by step

  • Engineering: analysis and simulation of prototypes to optimize raw materials, time, and costs.
  • Hot forging: using 200 to 500 ton presses to shape precision brass.
  • Heat and surface treatments: annealing, normalizing, sandblasting, pickling, polishing, nickel plating, and chrome plating to improve strength, aesthetics, and functionality.
  • CNC machining: use of transfer machines to ensure speed and consistent quality.
  • In-line metrological checks: continuous checks on dimensions and surfaces, with documented reports to ensure compliance.
  • Dedicated logistics: packaging and delivery planning according to customer requirements.
