We carry out internal audits on the raw material in order to ensure an excellent result. Therefore, we select top quality certified brass suppliers and track the material throughout the whole production process. Our metallographic laboratory boasts state-of-the-art equipment in order to accurately perform tests on features and chemical composition of the materials, to guarantee the quality of the produced components and to draw up any technical reports.
We define with our customers’ technical and quality department all the features and functionalities of the designed component. We provide the control of specific dimensions and surfaces by reporting measurements and checks carried out according to an agreed statistical frequency. The checks are realised with precision tools by qualified and highly-trained operators in order to always maintain a high-quality level and accomplish possibly corrective actions during the production phase.
Since 2002 we have been UNI EN ISO 9001 certified to ensure an always tracked business process. Each batch produced is provided with attached documentation and is managed by our ever-changing and improving quality system under the constant control of the general management.
